Terms of Service

Welcome to COLBRYAN Technologies. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of custom business software, operational command platforms, and proprietary SaaS solutions developed and hosted by COLBRYAN NIG LTD.
1. Corporate Service Scope
COLBRYAN NIG LTD provides: (a) Custom software engineering, systems design, and API integrations; and (b) Proprietary commercial subscription platforms (such as our Hotel Operations Platform). All delivery agreements, pricing quotes, onboarding milestones, and service level agreements (SLAs) are subject to separate formal physical contracts executed directly between our corporate legal entities.
2. Account Responsibility & Auditing
If using our multi-branch inventory or management consoles:
- You are strictly responsible for maintaining secure passwords and credentials.
- You acknowledge that every action taken (stock reorders, transfer approvals, department inventory edits) is stamped with the current user session token and recorded in an unmodifiable audit ledger.
- COLBRYAN Technologies holds no liability for actions authorized by supervisors using credentials compromised due to client negligence.
3. Governing Law
These Terms, along with any external software delivery contract, are governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any litigation arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively within appropriate judicial courts sitting in Lagos State, Nigeria.
4. Dynamic Contract Clauses
We reserve the right to modify these terms as SaaS infrastructures scale. In case of major updates, clients with active SLAs will receive physical or digital notices in advance of new term enforcement.
